Some of the videos are stored in a platform called vimeo. Unfortunately this has been blocked by a handful of countries. However, all the videos are also available on the private podcast feed. You can search for the training inside your podcast app. 

You sure can. You can pause your membership once a year for up to 3 months.

Sure. We do need to let you know upfront that by cancelling you loose the fixed price that you are on. Meaning if you want to return and the membership price has increased you loose the perk of the original lower price. This is why we recommend pauseing your membership instead. 

However if you are sure that you are ready to leave just drop us a line at support@otholly.com and we will sort that out for you.
